This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An on-site inspection of the home was not conducted.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on this date, and the provider was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were 8 children present = 19 points with the provider + assistant caregiver. Staffing ratios were in compliance. arch 2020. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed 2 child records, the providers record, and the assistant caregivers record to ensure documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
