54.1 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.

Technical Assistance:
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.

Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/10/2020 and concluded on 11/19/2020. The Provider was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. There were 7 daycare children with two caregivers present the day of the remote visit (23 points for supervision). Two children?s, trainings, nutrition (food provided by families) and emergency preparation were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
