This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection on July 30, 2020. An unannounced monitoring inspection was concluded on 8/10/2020 approximately from 11:01 am to 12:00 noon.
There were 2 children supervised by 2 direct care staff. The physical plant, 2 staff record, 2 children?s records, children activities, children's activities, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected. Children were observed engaging center activities. The children were observed playing with various age appropriate toys. Staff were observed to be engaged with children throughout the inspection. No violation were observed during the inspection.
