An unannounced renewal inspection was initiated on 11/10/2020, and concluded on 11/19/2020, approximately from 2:02 pm to 3:15 pm. There were 10 children supervised by 2 direct care staff. The physical plant, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, 4 household records, evacuation drills were inspected. Children were observed engaging napping. The children were observed playing with various age appropriate toys. Staff were observed to be engaged with children throughout the inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
