This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A renewal inspection was initiated on December 10, 2020 and concluded on December 11, 2020. The Provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection and an email sent with information regarding the inspection. There were 5 children present with the Provider for a total of 15 points. The Inspector emailed the Provider a list of items required for the inspection, and the Inspector used a virtual tool to observe home, care of children, and records. The Inspector reviewed children?s records and Provider's, household member's, and Caregiver's records to ensure documentation was complete. The Provider and a Caregiver have completed 20 hours of annual training.
