Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 12/11/2020 and concluded on 12/18/2020. The inspection was initiated by telephone on 12/11/2020, there were 12 children supervised by 2 caregivers. ratios and supervision were in compliance. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same dates as the SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety reulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

The information gathered determined non-compliance with subsidy regulations, and violation was documented on the violation notive issued to the facilty.
