This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today to monitor the program?s compliance with the Standards during their first 60 days of operation under the 6 month Conditional Licensure period. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 5 children in care today with the provider. The care area was observed and required posted documents were verified. The inspector reviewed 4 children's and 2 household members' records.
Previous violations had been corrected.
