On December 29, 2020 a virtual monitoring inspection was conducted. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site; the inspection was conducted via mobile video application as well as email and phone correspondence. During the inspection there were no children present, however according to provider there 7 enrolled. Child, assistant, provider and household member records were reviewed. The home as well as emergency procedures and supplies was also inspected. Violations were indicated in the violation notice.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-830-A Description: Based on observation and documentation review the inspector was unable to verify that emergency drills were practiced monthly as required.
Evidence: During inspection the documented drills provided were dated from the previous calendar year.Plan of Correction: I will correct the dates, drills were conducted.
