On 1/26/21 a virtual renewal inspection was completed. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site. This inspection was completed via mobile video application as well as email and phone correspondence. During inspection there were 3 children present, observed playing freely and under the direct supervision of the provider. The facility and emergency supplies and procedures were inspection. Staff and Household members records were reviewed. Violation are indicated in the violation notice.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-320-B Description: Based on observation of physical plant it was determined that protective covers were not installed on all used outlets.
Evidence: During inspection an unused outlet in the bathroom used by children in care was observed.Plan of Correction: I will fix it.
