This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemicdeclared by the Governor of Virginia.
An initial inspection for licensure was conducted on 02/15/2021 from 10:30am-12:00 pm. There were no children in care at the time of the inspection.
The inspector reviewed policies and procedures for emergency preparedness planning, drills and supplies, a sample of child information, household member and staff information and information to be reviewed at each inspection visit.
A tour of the provider's home and areas to be used by children was also conducted remotly. Areas and equipment for children ages 6 months- 12 years were viewed.
Information gathered during this inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The licensing inspection has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care Programs.
