This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on February 16, 2021and concluded on February 17, 2021. The focus of the inspection was to determine whether the provider had corrected or is in the process of correcting previously cited violations in the areas of standards referenced above. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were a total of 8 children in the day care area and 3 additional resident children in the home and 2 caregivers.
