Pursuant to the Governor?s Executive Order 72 and Order of Public Health Emergency 9, all
children ages five and older and all staff are required to wear face coverings at child care
programs while indoors and when outdoors and unable to maintain at least six feet of social
distance. Children ages two through four are strongly encouraged to wear face coverings while
indoors and outdoors, especially if children are in close contact. See CDC information regarding
masks. This will decrease the risk of COVID-19 transmission when children and caregivers are in
close proximity.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on February 22, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 7 children present and 2 staff. The inspector remotely reviewed a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
