The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance Child Care programs.
- Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on February 23rd, 2021.The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 9 children present and 2 caregivers. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children's records, 2 caregiver's records and household members records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations of laws or standards. No violations were issued. Evidence:
Household member #3's date of birth is 03/03/2007 and the providers records did not contain a central registry background check for Household member #3Plan of Correction: Provider sent paperwork for household member 2/23/2021.
