This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A Renewal Inspection was conducted this date. The FDH is currently closed on site, however the Provider is conducting virtual learning with 2 enrolled students. No new staff or household members. All background checks remain current as well as staff certifications. The program will remain closed for the remainder of the school year with remote learning to continue.
