This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 03/31/2021 and concluded on 04/08/2021. There were 10 children, totaling 18 points and 2 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records, 2 caregiver records and one household member record during the inspection to ensure documentation was complete. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy regulations. No violations were issued.
