Comments:
This announced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 5/30/19 from 2:15 pm until 3:30 pm to review the health and safety requirements. At the time of the inspection no children were enrolled. The record of the vendor was reviewed. No other adults live in the home. The emergency plan was reviewed and the home was inspected for hazards. The subsidy requirements were discussed. No violations were found during this inspection.
