This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An Initial inspection was initiated on April 22, 2021 and concluded on April 22, 2021. The applicant was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were two children present and one caregiver. The Inspector reviewed one child?s records and one caregiver's record and two household members records to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
