Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/19/2021 with an exit interview on 5/24/21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were five children present, ranging from six months to five years of age, for a total of 12 points. The Inspector reviewed two children's records, the emergency drill log, safe sleep, enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of toys and surfaces, meals and snacks, field trips, and daily indoor and outdoor activities. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs. If you have further questions about this inspection please contact Donna Liberman at 540-359-5244 or Donna.Liberman@dss.virginia.gov.
