Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program. A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 07/20/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 5 children present, ranging in ages from 1 to 5 years with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical environment and equipment, care of children, caregiver training and nutrition. A total of 2 child records, 1 staff record, and 1 household record were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
