Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 8/16/2021 to determine compliance with licensing standards. The inspection was initiated at 10:00am and concluded at 11:15am. There was 1 resident child (2 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 staff record, 2 household member?s records, the physical plant, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected.
