Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program. A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 9/13/21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 7 children present (25 points), ranging in ages from infants to 2 years, with 3 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, emergencies and nutrition. A virtual review of the outdoor play area and the family day home was conducted. Children were observed playing outside, infants were observed engaged in floor activities. A total of 2 child records, and 3 caregiver records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
