54.1 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider beginning at 11:59 AM and ending at 1:14 PM. During the inspection their were 4 children in care, ages 14 months, 2, 3, and 3 years old, for a total of 10 points. The children were observed during their nap time and were watching an age appropriate video while laying on their cots and one child laying pack-n-play. The daycare are of the home was inspected and there were no safety hazards observed. Household and staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider's protocols for maintaining compliance with licensing standards was reviewed and appeared to be appropriate.
