This renewal inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact and remote virtual application.
A renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 09/15/2021. There were 4 children in attendance at the time of the inspection. A code compliance inspection was conducted at the time of this inspection, as well as a review of standards for child including, provider information ( files), child information, policies and procedures, emergency preparedness planning and drills and observation child care areas and activities.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code or standards.
