A non-mandated monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider, beginning at 11:59 AM and ending at 1:14 PM, to examine the areas of noncompliance identified in the Intensive Plan of Correction. The areas of non-compliance addressed on the IPOC were: background checks which included sworn statement, central registry record, and fingerprinting and state law requires that persons providing care for more than 4 children be licensed. During the inspection their were 4 children in care, ages 14 months, 2, 3,and 3 for a total of 10 points. The provider's protocols for maintaining compliance with licensing standards was reviewed and appeared to be appropriate. There were no repeat violations issued.
