Discussion with Provider on an update to the following documentation: TB (for Provider and all Household Members), and CPR/First Aid. Provider also stated that all FDH policies and procedures have remained the same since reopening after closing due to the pandemic.
A monitoring inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
This inspection was initiated and concluded on 10/14/2021. The Provider was contacted and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 4 children present, ranging from 4 years to 9 years in age (5 points), with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; special care and emergencies. A total of 4 children records, 1 staff record, and 3 household records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
