Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/6/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were six children present, ranging in ages from 15 months to 3 years, with four staff supervising (17 points). The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two children's records and two staff records were reviewed. No medication is reported to be on-site except over the counter topical cream. Food is provided by the parent. Children were observed on FaceTIme eating and 1 child was sleeping. All children currently enrolled use a full size crib. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
