Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using a combination of alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and in person tour of program and review of documents.

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) in person inspection was initiated on January 26, 2022 and concluded on January 27, 2022 virtually. On January 26, 2022, there were 4 children present with 1 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
