An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 9:15 am until 11:00am. There were 9 children present (30 pts) with 3 caregivers. The children were observed handwashing, during diaper change, playing with floor toys, and being bottle and spoon fed. The children's records, caregiver records, carbon monoxide detectors, household member records, evacuation records, attendance records, menu's, cribs and emergency supplies were reviewed.
