Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and an in-person inspection of the program. A renewal inspection was initiated on 02/07/2022 and concluded on 02/08/2022. The provider was contacted by telephone, then an in-person inspection was conducted. There was 1 child present, with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and required staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Description:	Based on record review, the Provider did not obtain repeat Central Registry Searches as required. Evidence: The Central Registry Search results for the provider and household member were expired.
Plan of Correction:	The Provider re-opened the facility one week ago, after being closed due to low enrollment. The oversight was realized and the paperwork has been sent in for the Central Registry Searches. We are waiting for the results.
