Technical Assistance:

The provider has added a tall doll house to the equipment available in the child care area. The Inspector reviewed information about tipping hazards and suggested ways to secure the doll house if it is determined to be a tipping hazard.

Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program. A renewal inspection was conducted on 2/22/2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 6 children present, ranging in ages from 9 months to 3 years, with the provider and two assistant caregivers supervising. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. A total of 4 children's records and 4 caregiver records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
