Technical Assistance:
The providers television was on during today's inspection; caregivers were reminded that electronic usage should be limited to two hours per day.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 8:50am and 9:40am. There were 6 children present with the assistant caregiver for a total of 14 points within the supervision guidelines; the provider was not home during todays inspection. The children were observed eating breakfast and playing freely. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Description: Based on observation and interview, topical skin products provided by parents were not labeled with the child's name.
Evidence: An unlabeled diaper cream was observed sitting next to the diaper changing table. Caregiver #2 stated that the diaper cream belonged to Child #2 and was not labeled with their name.

Description: Based on record review, the provider did not review their emergency preparedness plan at least annually.
Evidence: The providers most recent documented review of the emergency preparedness plan is dated 1/22/2021.
