- Technical Assistance:
Discussion of a carbon monoxide detector installed within the home.
Discussion that the FDH reopened on 01/17/2022. All emergency drills have been conducted since that time. She has obtained 24.5 hours of annual training.
The Provider's own children are not under the age referenced as being included in capacity by the zoning ordinance.
Discussion that all CPS checks for both staff and household members are set to expire after 05/08/2022.
A renewal inspection was conducted on 03/09/2022, between 3 pm and 4:30 pm. The Provider was contacted by telephone prior to this inspection in order to obtain preliminary information for review. There were 3 school-age children enrolled (2 points), with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication (no meds were on-site); special care and emergencies; and nutrition (all meals and snacks were provided by each child's parent). A total of 3 children records, 1 staff record, and 3 household records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
