There were 10 children present (29 points), ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication (no meds on site); special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 10 children records, 3 household records, and 3 caregivers records were reviewed.

Violations:
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-960-E
Description: Based on observation, not all bottles stored in the Family Day Home (FDH) refrigerator were labeled with the date.

Evidence -
1. On the date of inspection (03/11/2022) there were a total of (4) four infants in care.
2. Upon observation of the bottles being stored on site, while each child's name was clearly labeled on each bottle, today's date was missing.

Plan of Correction: Caregivers will check to make sure that both the name and date are labeled on each bottle.
