Technical Assistance:
The lockdown drill was conducted on 02/22/2022.

Currently there is no medication or children with allergies, sensitivities, or cultural preferences listed on-site.

Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.

This inspection was initiated and concluded on 03/11/2022. There were 10 children present with 3 caregivers supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards, code, and/or law. No violations were issued.
