This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using and alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on March 24, 2022 and concluded on March 31, 2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 11 children present directly supervised by 3 staff. The children were observed in circle time and tummy time.
Limited monitoring of child care requirements occurred during today?s visit. Licensing inspector monitored supervision of children, physical plant, staff/child ratios, adequate and approved space, programming, and nutrition.
The inspector reviewed on three children record, two staff records, and one household record.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
