- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed onsite 3/11/2022. There were 11 children directly supervised by the provider and 1 assistant. Children were observed coloring, playing with trains, dramatic play and participating in circle time. Handwashing routines were also observed.
A sample of child information, provider and staff information, emergency preparadmess planning, drills and supplies were also reviewed. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
