An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 4/14/2022. There were 8 children (21 points) present, ranging in ages from 6 months to 4 years old, with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 caregiver records were reviewed.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-180-A Description: Based on a review of caregiver records, 2 out of 2 caregivers did not have a subsequent report of Tuberculosis Screening every two years from the date of the first screening.
1. Caregiver #1's last Tuberculosis Screening on file during the inspection was dated 3/23/2020.
2. Caregiver #2's last Tuberculosis Screening on file during the inspection was dated 3/11/2020.
Plan of Correction: We will get our new TB screening as soon as possible.
