An unannounced inspection was conducted with the provider on May 3, 2022 beginning at 11:24 AM and ending at 12:14 PM to investigate a complaint regarding capacity. During the inspection there were 12 children in the care of 2 caregivers. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. It was determined that the allegation regarding capacity was not valid.
