Discussed the importance of documenting children's first day of attendance to ensure that immunizations are received prior to or on the first day of attendance.
You are reminded that an additional shelter in place drill is required prior to the end of your school year.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. A total of 10 children (20pts) were present with 2 staff. The Provider was transitioning from the AM program to the PM program. Observation of parents picking up and dropping off their children was observed. Walk thru of the program area, review of all medications and required postings was conducted. A total of 4 children's records, all staff and all household member records were reviewed. The program was preparing the end of the school year festivities which included graduation. Staff and children remain consistent since the last licensing inspection. This inspection occurred approximately between 11:15am and 12:45pm. Thank you for your cooperation today. Evidence:
Household # 2's last TB screening was in March 2019. A subsequent TB screening was due in March 2021.Plan of Correction: This household member will have a TB screening completed prior to the fall school year when the program reopens.
