Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/26/2022. The provider is not currently caring for children, but plans to reopen for care in September. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administrative records, background checks, caregiver training, the physical plant, and emergency preparedness.

Standard #: 22.1-289.058
Description: Based on a review of the physical plant, it was determined that the provider has not equipped the home with at least one carbon monoxide detector.
Evidence:
The provider does not have a carbon monoxide detector in the home.

Plan of Correction: I will buy a carbon monoxide detector and plug it in.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-210-A
Description: Based on a review of training records, it was determined that the provider has not maintained satisfactory completion of first aid training and CPR training.
Evidence:
The provider's First Aid and CPR certification expired on 1/25/2022.

Plan of Correction: I will renew my First Aid and CPR certification.
