An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted today. A total of 2 children (4pts) with 3 staff were present. A total of 12 children currently enrolled. The children were outside playing on the play equipment in the backyard with 2 staff. The provider was preparing lunch and maintained sight and sound supervision of staff and children. The home was decorated with artwork the children had completed such as paper plate lady bugs, tie dye butterflies and painting projects. No medication needs at this time. Topical ointments such as diaper creams, sun block and insect repellent was onsite with parent authorizations. The children transitioned inside where they were observed washing hands and preparing for lunch time. A total of 3 children's records, one new staff record, all staff/household background checks were reviewed. This inspection occurred between 11am and 12:15pm. Thank you for your cooperation today.
