An unannounced non-mandated inspection was conducted on 6/07/2022. 7 children (15pts) were in attendance with the Provider and an assistant. The physical space, 2 children's records, the file for the assistant, posted documents, evacuation drills, attendance records and other required documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed playing outside, coming in for a bathroom break, washing hands and interacting with the caregivers. Developmentally appropriate materials were available for the children. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the Violation Notice issued to the program. Standard #: 8VAC20-800-30-F Description: Based on observation and interview with the provider, the provider did not meet the requirements specified in 8VAC20-820, General Procedures and Information for Licensure. Evidence: 8VAC20-820-120.E.2 states ?The findings of the most recent inspection of the facility? are required to be posted on the premises. The most recent Inspection Report was not posted as required. Plan of Correction: I will make sure to post the required documents moving forward.
