An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 24 2022 between 11:00am and 12:00pm. There were 10 children observed in the direct care of the provider and an assistant. Children's record, staffing records, household records, evacuation drills, and the physical plant were observed and inspected. Children were observed washing hands, preparing for and eating lunch.
