An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 10:15 am through 11:40 am. There were a total of -11children (31 points) observed with three caregivers. A total of three children's files and five staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, dancing and singing, lunch, hand washing, and other organized activities. There were no violations cited this date.
