Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between 3:00pm and 4:00pm. There were 4 children (12 points) present with the Provider and two assistants. The children were observed hand washing, eating a snack, playing with toys, and being fed a bottle. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the family day home, children and caregiver records, evacuation drill log, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. No violations were found during today's inspection.
