An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between the hours of 10:00 am through 11:30 am. There were a total of eight children (17 points) observed with two caregivers. A total of four children's files and three staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, lunch, bathroom breaks, hand washing, and other organized activities. There were no violations cited this date.
