An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/26/22 from 10:15am until 11:15am. At the time of entrance, there were 4 children in care, for a total of 11 points, with an assistant. The provider arrived at the home during the inspection. A sample of 4 children's records and 2 provider/assistant records were reviewed. Children were observed engaging in free play and participating in learning activities. First aid and emergency supplies, the emergency preparedness plan, documentation of emergency practice drills and family day home postings were reviewed. The provider stated there have been no accidents or injuries to children in care since the last inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
