A monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/2/2022 and concluded on 8/2/2022. There were a total of 11 children (24 points) observed with 3 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, blocks, and morning snack. A total of 3 child records and 1 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Reviewed fire drills and emergency supplies. The phone number for OBI was given to obtain the field print code. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
