A monitoring inspection was initiated on and concluded on 7/26/2022. There were a total of 10 children with 2 staff members present. Children were observed using gross motor skills and indoor play. Staff were actively engaged and interactive with the children.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records, 2 staff record and 1 household records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
