Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. The provider and 2 assistant caregivers were caring for 10 children, totaling 20 points. The children had just returned from a group walk through the neighborhood and were engaged in table top activities, assembling puzzles, and program review before the start of the provider's new school-year programming next week. The children were served make your own salad, make your own sandwich, pears, and milk for lunch today.

The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of the physical plant, administrative records, children's records, caregiver training, caregiver records, emergency preparedness, and child nutrition.
